Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items more than 40% off will not be eligible for returns. 


To start a return, you can contact us at andrewj@eossurf.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping is charged and will be taken off of refund. In the event that a free shipping promotion was used, the customer who wishes to return the item will be responsible for the cost of the initial shipping and return shipping in order to complete return. We dont refund shipping on items that didnt qualify and were returned. We subsidize shipping so most items for example with a $9 cost to ship to you costs more to send it back to us, this is something out of our control. While we try to ship items with a relative cost it is uncertain what  shipping certain sized items to parts of the US will cost as prices have gone up over the 2026 year please contact us if you have any questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale or clearance items  40% off or more are charged a 15% restocking fee, no returns on used items, out of season items or any demo or used items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. All sales are final on sale items, demo/used items. Free shipping is not available for used/demo items or any oversized items. We can exchange a sale item for a gift card minus the return shipping cost if item is not a clearance item on sale for  40% or more. All sales of items on clearance are final.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Used wetsuits, boots, gloves or personal items like socks are not returnable after its been used. Worn shoes are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
