Shipping policy

We normally ship USPS priority mail in which can be 3-8 business days depending on time of year, weather and other circumstances.  Orders placed usually ship the next day and in certain time frames the same day. Most shippers may pick up on Saturdays but may not ship till next business day. No shipping is done on Sundays. We cannot be responsible for wrong shipping info entered on the purchasers part, we cannot ship expedited overseas, on oversized items or after the end of business week and guarantee expedited shipping. Please give all contact info so we can process things.

Free shipping is not available for oversized or used/demo items including kite demos, kite boards, foils or surfboards/sups. Large sup bags are not covered under free shipping.
