Vans dug through the archives and aimed to take you back to the early 2000s with these self-expressive skate shoes. The Mixxa has DURACAP underlays for reinforcement and the oversized ollie panels provide lasting durability. They also have a padded tongue for comfort and a SickStick sole for grip that will give you ultimate control of your board, so lace up and embrace the experience.

Cupsole - Durable and shock-absorbing to provide the best impact protection against hard landings. Cupsoles generally last longer than a vulcanized sole but don't provide as much flexibility and board feel right out of the box.

Duracap™ - Developed and tested to withstand the abuse of the Vans pro skateboarding team; reinforcement is provided through rubber underlays in the toebox and ollie-area for lasting durability to save you time and money.

SickStick™ - Taking inspiration from Vans' beloved original gum rubber formula, the SickStick formula is the grippiest and the stickiest gum sole in Vans history. Extensively tested by Vans' team riders, the formula is uniquely calibrated to deliver enhanced grip and durability, and also make a firm bind to the foxing tape, so you can be in complete control of your board.
